Another busy month to report on, including two of the cornerstones of the rock’n’roll calendar, Hemsby and Wildest Cats. Both were well attended, both absolutely rammed with great acts, and both looked good for the long term. Our reporters love attending, and, most importantly, they report that everyone else who attends loves them, too! There are loads more to read about away from the weekenders as well, and credit to Nick Kemp, who grilled one of our most respected sidemen, Geoff Mead, so thoroughly that we’ve had to split the interview into two episodes. Look out for part two next month…
