As the club scene gets moving again it’s interesting to see Paul Waring’s report of an afternoon club gig, and a Sunday afternoon no less, as it happens in Nottingham – and mighty successful it was too. With some clubs struggling for numbers maybe that’s the way to go – or maybe it’s a trend that’s already in motion and we are missing it at UK Rock. Whatever, it’s good to see people thinking a bit deeper about how to attract the rockin’ public, and we wish such ventures success.
